Bitter bean fried with dried shrimp, cuttlefish & ikan bilis, shallot, garlic and sambal belacan. We like ours spicy, with a good bite and some crunch.

Glutinous rice fried with dried shiitake mushroom, shrimp & scallop, shallot and special sauce blend, and steamed for 100 minutes. Served with fried peanut & shallot, coriander and sambal belacan.
